Korean BBQ. What’s not to love about it? From premium cuts of hanwoo (domestic beef) to the more ubiquitous slabs of samgyeopsal, there’s nothing better than grilling up proteins that range from common meats (beef, pork, chicken) to shellfish (clams, webfoot octopus) to even innards (gopchang). Here is a list of the most memorable BBQ restaurants that I’ve had the pleasure of dining at while hunting down some of the oldest restaurants in Korea.
